Policy	We require a one night deposit on all accommodations reserved, including tax. You will receive a transaction receipt and an email confirmation will follow. In the event you need to cancel, please note that a $50.00 Fee will apply prior to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations less than two weeks from date of arrival your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE and you will be charged for the balance of your reservations. In the event you have not notified us of a cancellation or you do not show the total amount for your accommodations reserved will be charged to the credit card you provided.
Terms and Conditions	We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Your email will be answered shortly with a description of the accommodations, rates, and other information. If you wish to reserve based on our reply, you will be asked to call our reservations office at 1-866-771-7778 or request our hotel form, to provide a credit card to secure your reservation with a 1 night deposit, including tax for each room booked. Taxes of 6% are not included in the rates quoted. A 14 day cancellation policy is in effect prior to check in date, and must be in writing via email or fax. *30 day cancellation notice required for Christmas/New Years/Easter Weeks. A one night deposit will be charged to the credit card you have provided for each room reservation. For muliple rooms we require current credit card(s) to secure your reservation for each room.
